6 4K Shows to Binge This Spring

    by Ronald Elias

    1.“Stranger Things”

Relive everything you loved about the 80s, and some things you probably didn’t actually get to experience in the 80s including government conspiracies, psychic powers, and monsters. We don’t have a release date yet for the 4th season, but that means you have plenty of time to binge the first three and catch up on everything that’s happened in Hawkins, Indiana.

    2. “The Mandalorian”

If you somehow missed out on the “Star Wars” phenonium last winter -- and no, we’re not talking about any of the movies -- this spring is a perfect time to catch up on the adventures of the titular Mandalorian and the currently unnamed Baby Yoda. With its Western flair, “The Mandalorian” is a great first live action TV entry for the franchise.

    3. “Better Call Saul”

Netflix’s prequel to “Breaking Bad,” “Better Call Saul” is now on its 5th season, which will wrap up next month. Now’s as good a time as any to catch up before the show's sixth -- and final -- season airs next year. Even better: The show was filmed in 6K and mastered in 4K, so you can expect it to be a treat visually, as well.

    4. “Planet Earth II”

We’d be remiss if we didn’t take a second to walk on the wild side and recommend: “Planet Earth II.” The 2016 documentary has an impressive 100% on Rotten Tomatoes and will take you on a wild tour of this rock we call home, and the animals that we share that home with.

    5. “The Morning Show”

What happens when you put together the power of Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carell? A three Golden Globes nominated show, that’s what. Wake up every morning with this fictional look at what happens behind the scenes of your favorite TV shows.

    6.  “Chef’s Table”

We saved this course for last, because “Chef’s Table” is a true feast for the senses: Not only does it look stunningly good in 4K, but the tour of food and chefs that it gives you is also going to work up quite a hearty appetite, as well.

Food, animals, space fights and ghost stories -- no matter what you are looking to watch, chances are you’ll be able to find some 4K content that hits the spot. And if you need help getting a new 4K TV -- or help setting one up -- just give us a call! We’re always glad to help our customers with all of their electronics needs.
